Welcome George, you will fit in nicely. This group of nuts like it if it is made from anything that requires a degree of skill, craftsmanship, imagination and detemination to start and sometime complete. For what its worth I too like firearms and have built a single falling blocke rifle chambered in .22Hornet. It shoots a lot better than I can. Again, welcome to the ward err collective. PS , George, the quarter pictured with the revolver has collector value also, to coin collectors. The US ceased minting silver coins in 1964, any coin, excluding nickles & pennys, minted in 1964 or earlier is about 90% pure silver. The silver content, at current price, is about 8 times the face value. To a coin collector the coin should of more value as the quarter appears to be in good to very good condition. Hope this helps.
