| 90 degree V twin engine (my own design) |

Gentlemen, I started a thread on my latest project on another forum. The length of the thread is too long to start over here so rather than duplicate it I'll just post several pictures of the engine. I started the design a couple of months back. It will be a 90 degree V-twin engine with a bore of 1.00 and a stroke of 1.25. The basic construction will be 6061 aluminum with iron barrels. It will be an overhead valve configuration with exposed valve train. The crankshaft will ride on ball bearings and it will have an oil pump for lubricating the other essentials. George |
