Hey, no worries; I certainly didn't take it as snarky - in fact, it was very informative. You're absolutely right that the case is mis-represented; I certainly thought it was one of those "Americans will sue over anything" type stories; so it's educational to discover that, in fact, this wasn't the case & that genuine harm was done...

My place got messier. If you can believe that. The Coke Bottle engine has got a good layer of dust on it. ::)
For some reaon I haven't had any great boughts of ambition. Wifes still complaining that here cabinet isn't done. :hammer: Tells me I spend to much time on the computer. :wack:
One project I really need to finish is my rescue boat I started. I figure I'm close to half way through. Problem is spring will be hear before you know it. :lol: I hope. Man is it cold.
