Thanks for posting the link. I would love to watch it and also the one about the Scalelectrix (SP) race car track. The problem is that unless you are in the UK it won't allow you to download or view them. Does anybody have ideas on how to get around this?
Cheers

Hi Don, I have downloaded the file/program, but I suspect even if I emailed it to you it would still not work?
You would need the BBC player, will they let you download that?

Hello Darren
Thanks for the link, that I had already used, but I have yet to find a way to download and keep a BBC feed.
It is a flash file as I can see, but not like any other, such as utube and the like, most other Flash feeds I can download and convert to most types of file format.
The reason I would like to do it with the BBC feeds are not only for the Grandsons but to make a DVD for one off showing to our local Model Engineering Club.
As usual the BBC are as useful as a lead poker in a blacksmiths forge.

Hi Darren
I thank you for the offer and would take you up on it but unless I have the BBC player it wouldn't work. I clicked onto their site before posting this and it doesn't look like their is any way to get the player unless you log in from a UK site and even then I am not sure that you could download the player. Thanks for trying anyway.
Cheers
