Quite a few of our people move to OZ each year, it is a sort of ANZAC cooperative thing and enhances the average IQ of both countries.

We are just back from a short expedition to the Mainland to look at houses.  That brick one, the first photo in the opening post turned out to be not so attractive and it has absolutely no land around the house, scratch that one, scratch a few other too for one reason or another.

I think we will be having a new house built which means I get to choose the size of my 'shop. :ddb:  After initial dreams of a huge barn I have decided that big just means a bigger mess and that I should be content with a size that will always be tidy,  6 x 4 metres would seem adequate.  Any thoughts on this?

I do need a bit of space around the house as my Lego train set occupies a 20' shipping container and I must find a place for that which is not in the face of neighbourhood busybodies.
