Darren, you are obviously an engineer  :D

To tell the time from that watch, look at your cellphone (or own "proper" watch); that should have the correct time. Then look at the fancy (f)Art watch, mentally counting crocodile 1, crocodile 2, crocodile 3 etc....

If you can count crocodiles, it will give you the time down to the _second_  :lol: :lol: :lol:

 And while I was posting this cr@p, Bogs came up with a perfectly good answer (after decoding of course!) - I'm not going to waste the effort spent on my own verbal diarrhea, so here goes anyway  :D
