Me ... I'm just following Bogs around
bogstandard:
Nice looking ship you have there Sailor. Must be over 6 ft long.
You've done a good job of the 'dazzle' camouflage as well, a difficult job to get right at the best of times.
Now if we could just get a little peek inside, to show us all how these things work.
Maybe open a new thread, rather than clogging this one up, and then give us the full rundown.
You have got to remember Sailor, not a lot of the lads on here have seen or understand the inside (or even the outside) workings of a model such as this, and this would be a great opportunity to gain some brownie points for yourself, and get to know everyone when they bombard you with questions.

Ok, I think I've found some that will fit

Sorry to be so long getting back here. I had to make one of life's unexpected pit stops in the hospital for a week ... oh well, that's age creeping up I guess. So, let me see what I can dig out by way of photographs of the internal workings of these boats. First off the 'V & W destroyer ... yes Bogs, you're almost right ... 78" OAL with a beam of just 7 3/4" at the max
Solitary Sailor:
Well, it turns out that all of the interior shots of the boat were lost when my CPU crapped out, so I shall have to take some more ... bummer. Sorry guys that first shot will have to be a teaser until I get her off the shelf and opened up for photographing. :dremel:
