Punching out small gasket holes

<< < (2/2)

Hi Stew
On the same theme I have taken to making small circular PTFE ring gaskets for joint unions. To achieve concentricity (good word eh ?) I tape a square of PTFE to a piece of scrap wood. Clamp it to my bench drill table then a swift downward action punches the inner hole, switch to a large punch for the outside daimeter and finish up with neat concentric circles.

(sorry for misusing your bench drill Bogsie)
