Fly cutter shape.

Does anyone know how to correctly sharpen a fly cutter. I have an X2 mill plus a nice looking flycutting holder, however the cuts that I am getting are a bit rough. Not nice at all. Here is the one that I have made. Its 5/16 sq HSS
