ATM I can't/mustn't lift anything, which is a trial of will because I feel like I can. 

If the statins allow it , I'll try some cad work:-)

I tried to get back to the dro today, but the brain just wouldn't work.  Hopefully a medication review will fix some of the small issues I having (like farting enough to embarrass a vegetarian!).
