Happy Christmas to one and all.

We came close to a white Christmas this year but once it had blocked the local trunk road, frozen to a slippery ice rink in the farm yard, trapped wayfarers overnight (nice to meet new folk!) it all melted, and what with the subsequent rainfall (over an inch in 24 hours) we flooded big time in the fields. Virtually all gone now 24 hours later - glad I did that ditching earlier in the year

We've got snow on the ground with blizzard conditions coming for the next few days - I'll trade you.
Too many irons, not enough fire.
