How to do automatic tool change on DDCSV correctly?

Hi there!

I have a DDCSV2.1 and i wish to use to automatic tool change correctly- how to do it?
to example, this code started from:

;IF #589==#593 GOTO 3 ; does it correct it correct for macros?
its started without the Name..
and what does it mean "GOTO 3" - where is it?

and what is the processes and how to make my personal changing?
