I'm not that big eith at 175lbs. and about 5' 7" tall.

I know this is a bit late in the day...but I made new bushes for my clutch pulley assembly on my 9*20...using the lathe itself...Just transfer the drive from the spindle/clutch pulley to the spindle/motor pulley..

Spindle speed may be a little faster but hey it worked...and no need for a second machine

Fair do's John..... I was so annoyed and flustered over the damage to the machine and the loss of the time I was going to spend on projects in there that evening that it never even crossed my mind..... It'd have worked perfectly!   ::) 


Still....Positive side, me little Peatol got an oiling and workout   :dremel:
