Home Made Steam Driven Trip Hammer doing some work flattening out 1.5mm and 3mm thick wire solder.

This is fun steam driven accessory to use, a bit hard on the ears though!

That is naturally going to depend on whether the lift mechanism can cope. PLUS, I do realise this is a model and not a tool as such.

Great job and noisy fun to watch.

Oh, I did turn the volume in the downward direction.

LOL G'day John I don't blame you turning the volume down. I think I've done some more damage to my hearing with this trip hammer :)

You could use a sliding weight on the arm.
