Probably work OK because in theory that's all that's happening when you invert the can and spray to clear the nozzle? I like the turps though because I know its internally now clear of paint and it also cleans the outside when its wiped with the paper towel that's wet with the turps. If you watch the vid closely you'll see the turps shoot out further each time the paint is cleared out of the nozzle.

Good, Simple, solution to the prevention of clogged nozzles.
Thanks.
Now we probably need a way to re-pressurize those that do lose pressure.

Like I just searched here,
 OR here .

Not really sure how this would go with paint and I have had a few paint cans get tossed because of the lack of pressure. Paint cans would definitely require disposable gloves as well as the other protective gear.
Al worth filing in the memory bank for future reference.

Thanks for posting Jim!

That's pretty cool John and something that I'm going to have to try out on a can of 'something' that loses propellent. I've thrown away heaps of cans in the past and will definitely try to re 'gas' a can
