ie. use some thinner and compressed air to clear a paint can nozzle after spraying.

btw turps or mineral spirits will not thin lacquer based spray paints (like Krylon). A lacquer solvent will clear those.

My problem is lack of air in the can. I have a couple nearly full cans but no propellant.

That's what I used to end up with from up ending the cans and spraying clear propellent out of the nozzle to clear them like it says on the can to do, because I use them a lot for small parts I always ended up with paint in the cans and no propellent to spray it!

How effective would just using compressed air be?
