Hi,
Today spindle moved to next part and took a Z dive. Code is good, operation sims well yet for some reason Z went wrong. Other ways it can go off is slowing way down and taking a wrong path.

I have seen this happen during an op that has been running awhile. I use a digital dream 2.1 offline controller. I do recheck the code and it is always fine.

Any ideas why this happens and how to fix. ? Please suggest another controller if wise. I do not want to run a pc tho.
