| Dell:
Hi all New to forum but not really a mad modder ( although the wife thinks I am mad) but I am into torsion clocks And the only thing I modified is my watchmakers lathe making new fittings for it to hopefully make things a bit easier ( doesn’t always) , I is surprising what tips can be picked up on forums like this and hopefully pass a few on . I am a coachbuilder by trade so I have been fabricating for the past 50 years , I am of retiring age but still chose to work 4 days a week , I also gasweld aluminium ( not many of us left ) so I am sure I will be able to contribute in some small way. Welcome Dell, i just tinker and help the local farmers make stuff for the out of date tractors and stuff for my mates motor cycles...Ow! and my own. |
