I wondered what those fiddly bits were in my kit.  They're the slitting saw adapter parts  :Doh:
I replaced the jacobs chuck spindle with ER16 straight shank chucks, then added an adaptor plate to fit in the QCTP.  I thought the bearings were a bit too close together so I combined two kits into one.  I use an overhead drive for power.

Hi Chuck

The parts came from bang good but ebay also do them:- Machifit No Power Spindle Assembly and Machifit 775-795-895 motor I actualy used the 895 motor but the other two will do the same job. Below are the links to the parts hopfully the links works.

The price for the spindle is ridiculous. You couldn't buy the materials for that price.
