FAT help!!!

Can any body who has the knowledge help please! i bought a couple of 128gig micro sd cards for the camera in the car today and am trying to get them to format.
FAT32 only...the latest update on win10 seems to have removed FAT from the format and replaced it with Exfat..that does not work with my camera...any ideas?

Then i remembered about the command line..
format /fs: fat32 f:...not in that format but you will remember i would have thought...
My carcam can see again.
