DIY high speed sensitive drill press.

A sensitive drill press is one with which you get a very sensitive feel for the drilling force on the drill bit.  This is particularly beneficial when using very small drills which are easy to break when using a normal drill press.  As the bits are small it is also desirable to drive the bit at high speed.
The video below will show how I made one and how I tested how sensitive it is.
