Yes pekka, that was what I was going to do, I am pretty sure that the generator is working, but I don't think it has enough output to operate the bigger cut out that the tractor is fitted with, I will have one more try with it, then it will get an alternator, I have one off a Volvo that only needs a diode pack, could be the one! |

Re_ Tractor not changing: engine rpm was 1/3 of car engine ....needed smaller plley than DC generator had and still would not charge on idle. Also changed the belt to cogged to work better on small pulley. |
