Embrodery stand modification.

Amongst my other hobbies I also enjoy embroidery and cross stitch...   Years ago I purchased a floor standing embroidery frame only to find it was too short to use and gave me back ache. Over the last ten years it has been mounted on two old paint tub which are 9" high but finally the plastic hardened and it was only a matter of time before it failed  :(

So this morning I took the plunge and got out some brown stuff   :palm: a couple of studs, bits of tube and some wing nuts. I am not sure about the height yet so I have left the joining studs long and I hope to find some bits of 30mm chromed tube about 250mm long to replace those 19mm bits of tube.

That looks a bit better than those old paint tubs  :thumbup:
