I'd go visit your local old time car parts store with the bellows in hand.
Mcmaster has a wide selection too.

I'm fairly sure I used one off a clutch or brake master cylinder.  I needed to make a disc which the rod and adjusting screw went through.  I thought I even had a spare but I just checked and it's too large.

It might be worth hunting online for a Girling catalogue.
