dm860h stepper drivers info needed
« on: January 22, 2019, 12:15:40 PM »
Is anyone using these?
For those unfamiliar these are 7.5amp, 100+volt hybrid stepper drivers which can be powered with ac or DC.
There appear to be several versions, am860, 2dm860h etc. But all appear to support the same spec as far as I can tell .
From the 2dm860h data sheet I have found they appear to need special tuning to match the intended stepper motor, via an rs232 interface. Has anyone done this or is this factory set and they run out of the box?
Any info or user experiences much appreciated.
Best regards
