Starret piano wire cutters how to sharpen ?

My son has a pair of Starrett No. 1 5-1/2 IN cutters that his grandfather gave him. The included angle of the cutting edges is 90 degrees and there is about a 0.015 radius at the corner. Frankly, Knipex dikes are just as useful for music wire, and far less costly.

I’ve got some knipex but these were a gift from a friend so can’t be beaten on cost!  Thanks for that though.
 I will get a photo of his, blow it up and check the angle i think before digging our ( or rather moving things to get access to the Boxford grinder). SWMBO has said I need. Bigger workshop!! I am currently in mild shock :jaw:
