I also forgot to mention that I also had to reverse the motor wiring (but not the earth, obviously) as now the motor needs to run in the opposite direction. Edit: I've since realised that there is no need to reverse the motor's direction with this belt drive conversion My next project is to tram the mill up as best as poss, and to allign the mill head with the z-axis (which it currently is not alligned that well).
