How to solder HSS or carbide bit to steel shank? |

OK, I'm getting 40% silver solder (AGA SILCO 40Ag). But which flux I should use? Choices are Silco 600 (general) or Silco 600 RS Silco 600 RS Pasta- universal flux for brazing Suitable for: - stainless steel A2 - stainless steel A4 - nickel and nickel alloys - tungsten Carbide Fine....BUT not steel....bog standard is: Silco 600 Pasta- universal flux for brazing Suitable for: - copper - brass - bronze - carbon Steel - cast iron Really should buy both, but which one I can use to to braze HSS or carbide to steel?
