Hmmmmm...the center height appears to be spot on. I'm wondering if maybe the cutting tip is not in the same plane as the pivot, if that would cause this. I will fiddle with it some more. |

It's simple, the radius you set your tool to swing at has to be the radius of the bar you're cutting. You're tool swing radius is greater. |
