Pete, it's a Quick Drying Enamel (QDE) with a semi-gloss finish. It can be used straight to metal but I still used a primer.

Don't let the "quick" fool anyone...it takes a minimum of a week to truly cure.

Thought I'd show another sneak preview as proof that I'm still on it...24/7!

Got a lathe, surface grinder, hacksaw and others to do yet :lol:
