DaveS:
My second attempt at an introduction, I messed up the first back in December. I reside most days in a 8 x 12 shed at the bottom of the garden along with a mill and lathe from the far east. Both of which I'm modifying bits at time to my satisfaction, those of you who have these machines will know what I mean. I'll try to remember some photos tomorrow. Those of you in the far north have the Northern Lights but over the last few weeks I have sighted flashes of Plasma light to the east and today a Boom travelling at the speed of air from the same direction across the border. Apologies in advance Andrew Dave Spicer |

Dave welcome aboard, I'm glad that the flashes and flying debris all missed you  Now you need to expand this thread with tales of what you get up to in this shed at the bottom of the garden, and why you've been banished there  |
DaveS:
Westerly view of my 8 x 12 refuge. These are the two machines responsible for most of the swarf and scrap along with a ML7 prior to the green meanie. Main successes include a Cut off saw along the design by Myford Boy, A Stuart S50 from castings and about 2/3 way through a Stothert & Pitt Beam engine also from castings. Modifications have made to the mill by adding DRO and a lubrication system. Lots of other small stuff but I can't remember of the top of head. Better sign off now to see if the photos are regulation size Dave |

I think you could make them larger :D |
