Here you go - £12 on eBay:

And here's the correct pot but grossly over priced at £365:

But this will do the same job for £21:

Andrew

you're a saint

Possibly awaiting crucifiction depending upon how her indoors feels but never the less a saint. How are the pampered piggies getting on?

I did think about candle wax which I use on wood blanks but the plastic type stuff just seems better to me.

I like the idea of the deep fat fryer as well or maybe just the chips.... Got to test it first after all.

Piglets going down nicely  (in that I had bacon and eggs for lunch  )

Next batch firmly on the way as I caught Blossom (the sow) and Robert (her visiting suitor) hard at it this morning, so I had to delay mucking them out

I used a Deep Fat Fryer for quite some time dipping Crocell until a proper Crocell pot came up on ebay at a sensible price. I sold the Deep Fat Fryer on ebay with some Crocell in it for more than I paid for the proper pot  :ddb:

Another option is machinable wax.  This would have the added advantage of being able to do something useful with the remains.
