Hi Davyboy - welcome aboard :thumbup: Seeing Mamod engines always takes me back to my childhood - running them on the kitchen table. After a meths fire which caused a bit of upset my Grandfather made up a special tray of zinc sheet to run them on, and family harmony returned :lol: |

First thing I ever blew up was a Mamod twin cylinder engine. Boiled dry and bang off went the "simple" end. Me and grandad sorted it out (he was a smith with the LMS). Went on to bigger things! (Like the Rosetta mission!) |
