3D printed patterns for mould making are fairly common these days but I had never heard of directly printed sand casts until today. I was completely blown away by the quality of the end product. I think a lot of folks here will find this very entertaining despite the really awful background music. |

I've done the patterns for sandcasting it worked out not bad. |

Well the solution they print is a mix of waterglass some solvent and a hardener that is propriertary.. when you figure out the mix, making a powder printer is really not the hard part. |
