I need to be content with the little SU1, with a few mods and some TLC like you have provide to the 626 I'm sure this would be a cracking little desktop knee mill. It's just crying out for a better vertical head arrangement, either bolted on the overarm as is, or a new block to sit on the column and provide the spindle with a rack and pinion lift, bit like a hybrid Aciera F1 I can but dream :drool: |
