John Rudd:
My kids decided to buy me a steam engine for one of my birthdays.....About 4 years ago.. I finally got round to finishing it today....Last job, rivet the boiler bands on.... Here it is all finished, needs a good polish now... And.....dont mock, I know its a classroom model, but they didnt know what they were buying me.... |
RobWilson:
Nothing to mock John , Beats the hell out of getting socks as a present :palm: I very nearly bought a similar engine kit wile perusing the Deutsches museum gift shop , anyway it looks like fun putting that kit together. :dremel: When is the grand steaming ? Rob |
SwarfnStuff:
Gotta agree with Rob, WAY better than sox n jocks. Now, out with your favourite metal polish and apply some bling. We await the initial steaming run. John B |
John Rudd:
Ok, I fired it up and it runs well..A few teething issues but nothing that cant be fixed. Still waiting for photobucket to approve the video... How long does it take to vet a 30 sec video? |
