Giffard boiler water injectors

   L.B.S.C. of Model Engineering fame used injectors in many of his model Locomotive designs and claimed they were fairly easy to make and use if you followed his "words and music" as he refered to his instructions. I can't claim to have any first hand knowledge of such as I have never attempted to make any yet.

It's the reamers that are tricky to make , to soft and the ends twist off to hard and the ends snap off .

They can be a bit tempremental but get it correct they work like a dream I have one I made fitted to my loco that I run most week ends and it works very well
