I was given this some time ago and thinking about what to do with it .
Its made by Gents and is the drive mechanism for the lenses in a lighthouse
The question is do I have to build a lighthouse or what else could I use it for   Mike

You could build a really large police car that travels and flashes slowly.

Its weight driven you could turn it into a winch .
