Some progress made today......
I now need to mount the disc on a mandrel, put it on the rotab and mill the fins....then job done .

Thanks Rob, had a great time at the pictures on the Wednesday....( I dont kiss and tell.... :lol:)

So, abandoned the idea of making a new fan from ally, coz it hurt my cutters too much....
So after Andrew's comments about a printed version,......hang on a minute....I got some acrylic sheet somewhere....

Well after an hour I got this made.....

I'm not sure about its durability, will it survive spinning at 4-5000 rpm?
Who knows....?
