I recently picked up an 18" shaper for the shop.
It's an Australian made Macson.
I'm just looking for any operation info on this model. Mainly the gear selector settings.
There is some numbers scratched into the lever plate and I'm guessing they are the strokes/min but I'd like to be sure.
There's a stamp on the lever plate as well 53/17, could be year/week. I don't know.
I've found that the ram is very similar to the Elliott shaper but the box support and gear levers are different.
Any links to documentation or info would be appreciated.
