Die Filer - options..

I'm in the market for a die filer - I have a use for it, I've had one before and I miss it!!
I can't see anything for sale at present and I've been looking at two kits. Firstly, the kit from Hemingway

and secondly a kit from the USA, Andy at state college central.

I KNOW the second kit from the USA is ideal and just what I want but it is annoying that the postage to the UK is $140 which is more than the actual castings! This is not Andys fault but it still pains me to pay postage. I'm not sure the Hemingway kit is of the same design quality.
I could hold out and try and get a another large commercial die filer but they come up very infrequently.
Any thoughts from anyone who has made the kits?

Maybe get the plans and have some nearby Madmodder cast it for you?
Jeff Michel:
http://www.martinmodel.com/ offers castings for a small die filer as well. FWIW, I have bought several castings from both Andy and Gary and they are very good. Shipping will probably be the deal breaker.

Here filing machines and combinations with band saw seems to pop up regularry. My friend sold one small 200 kg 60*60 cm foot professional one. 200€ I think. Lifton Limatic-C13. Does this show:

I have tried one and would have got the first linked one if I had a space. Adjustable stroke and speed. Very nicely made.
Then at the other end of the spectrum there was one design on MEW few years back. It was fabricated, no castings were used. Maybe someone else has recolection of the article/writer?

The design was by Harold Hall and featured in MEW
