There's one on Abe Books in the US for $68.50.

I'm surprised no-one has digitised it as it must be long out of copyright.

The author - William Theodore Brandt looks to have been very prolific - a bit like F J Camm in the UK writing on a variety of subjects.

I have a quite a few old "receipts" books. Many of the ingredients are either no longer available or are now known to be very unhealthy.

Phil I don't have have my copy yet its still in the shop LOL , yer William Theodore Brandt is fairly prolific , I have another book published  by him on the Electro deposition of metal  :zap:
