Reading/decoding digital calipers with Arduino

Has anyone found or written a sketch to read the cheap Chinese digital calipers with an Arduino?
I have tried several with no success.

Thanks, Bill. I am not well versed in transcribing C to Arduino C. I will look it over and see what I can do.
