Hi joined yesterday having only just come across this forum, I have an interest in most if not all avenues of engineering. Amongst other things I have a Little John Mk2 Lathe (recently restored for 2nd time, owned 35 years) a Willson lathe and a Chester Lux milling machine. I have retired from the power generation industry where I was an instrument technician. I would like to make some "heirloom" models starting with a Stirling engine. I have got a comprehensive woodturning set up which I want to push forward as the weather improves, looking forward to getting involved. |
