Can anyone help me with drawings for a Sykes type hydraulic puller please.

I doubt any would be too keen on me dismantling a hydraulic unit either :jaw:

I would also be really interested to see some dimensions and drawings of the hydraulic head unit on these puller types......OZ.

Edit to add: Sykes hydraulic pullers use grease as the hydraulic medium.

I have one of these pullers, but am reluctant to dismantle it as its a pain to bleed the air out of
I would buy a repair kit that contains the plastic seals, spring and grease in the link given
that will give you the  stepped cylinder sizes,
the jacking screw has a hardened piston between it and the cup seal
the pushing plunger and spring are retained by a threaded collar
the pusher piston is top hat shaped and the spring goes over the smaller end and is held in place by the collar
the pusher is about 15m diamater where it comes through the collar, the large end fits the bigger end of the cylinder 
Those jacks have a limited amount of travel and you need to back off the screw and wind the body further through the collar when pulling a bearing or whatever over a longish distance
