M-Machine are good too, they will take material to shows if you ask.....

If your south of Birmingham Ian then Redditch has a "rapid metals" bit pricy but if you only want small bits might be better than ebay.

I know them quite well, usually pay them a visit when I'm at my  M-I-L's

Hah! Come to Cyprus and experience real material problems.

They have one type of iron here, no bright steel, no free cutting steel, just normal pig iron.
I did manage to find some cast iron, that was nice, but other then that? Not a chance.

I am now looking for a shop that sells epoxy resins, carbon fiber cloth etc. Nope, only polyester.
Ah well, at least it is sunny.
