Nowt wrong with Geordie castings marra must be the pollution down int Derbyshire :D |
Stilldrillin:
Dunno about pollution, Frazer. I reckon it was coffee grounds............ Finished the re sleeving. All went well........ I decided to house the bearings, inside the flywheels. Opened out with end mills, in 2mm steps....... Final pass, with 13mm slot drill, 5.5mm deep......... Should be a nice shove in fit, probably.......... Sandwiched the cam, between two 5mm thick cast iron discs. Drilled & tapped m3. All held with sleevelock........ Slips in here, nicely. Plugged the grub screw hole, with it's annoying click........ A bit of clearance, here........ And there........ Screwed it all together. First flick, away it went! :bugeye: And the video. Cos, I know someone will ask......... It's now in lots of pieces, for final finishing and assembly......... Thanks for looking in! David D |
