Ha! Andrew, you've reminded me of how we all used to compete to be "Ink Monitor" to fill the inkwells on our desks! |

And just occasionally we'd slip a bit of calcium carbide in the ink well before the Ink Monitor got there so that it made a dreadful stink (of acetylene !) when it was filled. Lovely things school children. :lol: |
