Here are some of the bikes I saw at the Owl's Head Transportation Museum in Maine a few weeks ago. With OKTomT's and Simon's bike build threads here I thought they would be of some interest!:

Lovely machines and sitting in proper oil trays like they are supposed to (except a couple that appear to be out of oil).

Someone told me that the modern Triumphs are supplied with a realistic plastic oil slick to be placed under the machine when it is parked. Of course, this could be a rumour.

That last one is a strange beast, somehow I can't imagine speeding down the road just sitting in the front like that! Maybe for the mother inlaw?
