Hi there , and thanks for accepting me , I am a retired machine tool recon engineer ( mechanically biased) , I enjoy Various hobbies, air rifles being one , Tinkering I have built my own air rifles , also cars bikes etc building a motorbike at the moment .

Thanks for all the welcome messages, I found this forum whilst researching a problem I am having with my lathe electronics, sadly not my area ,I began my apprenticeship in 1975 , serving my time in the machine tool reconditioning department, at that time mechanical was a seperate discipline, so I can scrape bedways and spindle bearings etc but electronic stuff escapes me . Stayed at the one company Massey Ferguson  Coventry till they closed, working in most of the skilled departments ( tool room, cutter grinding, machine tool repair, ) over the years, then worked for myself in the building trade for around 18 years, now retired, bought the machinery to build air rifles and keep my hand in , engineering was and still is my favourite bathing.

I do, I recently restored this moped I have owned since I was 16,   [ Invalid Attachment ]    [ Invalid Attachment ]  , this inspired me to buy the bike, a 1986 Suzuki, not expensive or collectable so going to be a custom build for fun , and I made the action for this air rifle in aluminium when I first got the Chinese mill to see if I could.  [ Invalid Attachment ]

Check the image size. Have a limitation based on file size...

A good compromise between image detail and data size is 800 x 600

By the way we're a pretty friendly bunch here so don't worry, no one is going to flame you for transgressions :clap:
